Horsemanship Challenge Update!!!!!

Saturday wraps up week 8, but guess what????  We finished in week #7.  Go Us!!!!!!

This year, unlike past years, has not been as “challenging” because NC has had pretty mild weather and temps to get us through Winter.  Most of our late rides of the challenge were spent practicing our “no rein” steering.  We attended a mounted archery clinic so I wanted to make sure we were pretty solid on our communication before I had to pick up a bow.  The clinic may end up being an entirely separate post, but I loved that we met our ride and hour goals at the clinic.  It was a perfectly fitting ending to what has been a really fun 2017 Challenge.
