Water Water Everywhere

For the next couple of weeks my submissions for Jez’s “Water Water Everywhere” challenge will consist of some shots from a local event called the “Build Your Own Boat” competition. We have a man made whitewater river and each year, for this event, contestants build boats out of limited allowed materials. Things like pvc pipes, cardboard and balloons, these homemade vessels have to make it down the whitewater channel. As you can imagine not many make it. It makes for great entertainment and I absolutely adore these boat makers for their creativity and sense of humor.
