- Creative bootcamp classes
- Three day weekends
- New York style pizza
- The return of the Osprey to this area

I remember my first camping trip ….. years ago.
I was grateful when it was over. 😦
I did enjoy singing the songs around the campfire. ( There must have been something good about the trip. lol )

Oh my gosh! I take my hat off to you – I feel exhausted watching Boot Camp groups …. it looks so strenuous!
And hurray for 3-day weeks & pizza!

Loving Husband and I agree we are far too relaxed and laid-back when we run (we are trying to inject some speed work in our week) … far too often, we fall into a reverie when we daydream through our run.

I hear you. Except that I think there is a time and place to get a little more focussed too! (read: Loving Husband says I need to keep up the strength training -urghh).
